The Oxford Computers is a computer education and training institute authorised by Kerala State Rutronix, providing:
- Classroom-based computer training programs
- Blended learning courses (online and offline)
- Government-certified diploma and certificate courses
- Professional skill development programs
03 Admission & Enrollment
Course admission and enrollment are subject to the following conditions:
- Availability of seats in the desired course
- Completion of required documentation and verification
- Payment of applicable course fees
- Meeting course-specific eligibility criteria (if any)
Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment and document verification. The institute reserves the right to refuse admission without stating reasons.
04 Course Information
Course details including duration, syllabus, fees, schedules, faculty, and examination patterns are subject to change. The Oxford Computers:
- May modify course content to reflect current industry standards
- Reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
- May cancel or postpone courses if minimum enrollment is not met
Students will be notified of any significant changes via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
05 Student Conduct & Responsibilities
Students enrolled at The Oxford Computers are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the institute premises
- Attend classes regularly and complete assigned coursework
- Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students
- Not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities
- Comply with all institute rules and regulations
- Take care of institute property and equipment
06 Intellectual Property Rights
All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, course materials, and documentation are the intellectual property of The Oxford Computers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:

08 Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan. Payment can be made through:
- Cash payment at the institute
- Online bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- UPI or digital payment methods (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Fees once paid are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
09 Certification & Results
Certificates will be issued to students who:
- Complete the full course duration
- Maintain minimum attendance requirements (typically 75%)
- Successfully pass the course examinations or assessments
- Have cleared all outstanding fees
The institute is not responsible for delays in certificate issuance by external certification bodies such as Kerala State Rutronix.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites, or any damages incurred from using third-party services.
11 Limitation of Liability
The Oxford Computers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

12 Force Majeure

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
15 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
16 Oxford Win Arena — Spin & Win Program
The Oxford Computers operates a promotional game called "Oxford Win Arena" available at oxfordwin.html. The following terms govern participation:
16.1 Participation Eligibility
- Open to anyone interested in our computer courses
- One spin per person per device
- Participants must provide genuine contact information
- Must be 18+ years or have parental consent
16.2 Prize Terms
- All prizes are subject to course admission
- Scholarships and fee concessions apply only after enrolment
- Physical prizes (laptop bags, vouchers) delivered upon admission
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- The institute reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value
- Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of winning
16.3 Referral Program — Earn ₹500 per Referral
- After playing, each participant receives a unique referral link
- Share your link via social media, WhatsApp, etc.
- When someone joins a course using your link, you earn ₹500
- Referral bonus paid only after the referred person completes admission and pays course fees
- No limit on the number of referrals you can make
- Referral earnings can be claimed as cash, bank transfer, or fee discount
- Payment processed within 7–14 days of referred student's admission
16.4 Referral Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- UPI payment (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Cash payment at the institute
- Discount on your next course enrolment
16.5 Prohibited Activities
- Creating fake accounts or multiple entries
- Using automated bots or scripts to play
- Sharing false or misleading information about prizes
- Referring fake or non-existent students
- Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes
16.6 Data Collection & Privacy
- Information collected: Name, Phone, Course Interest
- Used only for admission communication and prize delivery
- Not shared with third parties without consent

16.7 Program Modifications
- The Oxford Computers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time
- Prize values and offerings may change without prior notice
- Referral bonus amounts may be adjusted based on program performance

16.8 Dispute Resolution
- All decisions regarding prize allocation and referral eligibility are final
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident

16.9 Limitation of Liability
The Oxford Computers is not liable for technical failures preventing participation, loss or damage arising from prize use, delays in referral bonus payment due to bank processing, or referred students withdrawing before course completion.
