Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Oxford Computers, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all admission and fee-related matters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.

02 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Course cancellation or postponement by The Oxford Computers due to unforeseen circumstances
- Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
- Technical errors in payment processing
03 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after admission confirmation
- Non-attendance or irregular attendance of classes
- Partial completion of a course
- Personal, medical, or financial reasons of the student
- Failure to meet course requirements or academic standards
- After commencement of classes (beyond the 7-day window)
04 Cancellation by the Student
Students who wish to cancel their admission must notify the institute in writing. The following timelines apply:
- Within 7 days of payment: Subject to review and administrative deduction
- After 7 days or after classes begin: No refund will be processed
05 Cancellation by the Institute
If a course is cancelled by The Oxford Computers due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, eligible fees will be:
- Fully refunded to the original payment method, or
- Adjusted towards another course of equivalent value, as mutually agreed
06 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ14 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through:
- Original payment method (online transaction reversal), or
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the registered account
- UPI payment (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Cash payment at the institute (if originally paid by cash)
Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
07 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit the following to t.005.rutronix@gmail.com:
- Written refund request with reason
- Student name and contact details
- Course name and payment receipt / screenshot
- Bank account details (IFSC, account number) or UPI ID for transfer
08 Modifications to Policy
The Oxford Computers reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
